How to arrive to Alcossebre

The nearest airport is located in Castellón and is only 22 km from Alcocéber. Some of the airports with the highest volume of air traffic are Valencia, 120 km away, and Reus, 160 km away.

There are different options for travelling to Alcocéber from any of the airports:

• Taxi.
• Car rental without driver.
• Transfer service with driver.

Depending on their place of origin, there are different bus companies with direct routes to the town from many points in Spain.

There is also an urban bus line that runs throughout the municipality and semi-urban buses that run along the coast of the province of Castellón linking the coastal towns.

• AUTO-RES (AVANZA BUS): Buses from Madrid.
• HIFE: Buses from Castellón, Valencia and Zaragoza.

Furthermore, with a transfer in Zaragoza, it is easy to get there from the Basque Country (Autobuses Alsa and Conda) and Navarra (Autobuses Conda).

The town can be reached from the N-340 road or the A-7 motorway (take exit 44, Torreblanca-Alcossebre). Both roads cross the whole province of Castellón from north to south, parallel to the sea.

This is the best option to travel to Alcocéber because with your vehicle you will be free to visit the fantastic surroundings of the town during your holidays, full of attractions.

The nearest train station is 8 km away, in Alcalà de Xivert.

Renfe offers different routes that go directly to the town of Alcalà de Xivert within the Mediterranean Corridor. If you prefer, you can also travel to Castellón, an important railway junction, to change trains or go to Alcocéber, by taxi or bus, on the regular lines.
