BOOKING AND PAYMENT CONDITIONS
- We guarantee your reservation and the best available rate with the NON-REFUNDABLE charge of ONE NIGHT’S stay, for each of the rooms booked.
- The remaining amount shall be paid when checking in.
- If you choose payment by card, the booking shall not be effective until the charge to the credit card provided by guests has been confirmed. When checking in, guests must present the credit card used to make the booking, along with a current and valid identity document.
- If you choose payment by bank transfer, you will have a period of 48 hours from the confirmation of the reservation to make the transfer to the indicated bank account. The reservation will not be effective until the amount indicated is received into the hotels bank account.
- For reservations whose arrival date is less than 10 nights, the only payment method will be by credit card.
- Payment for the contracted services by third parties shall be made in advance and via bank transfer or another similar irrevocable payment.
- ANY MODIFICATION OF THE DATES OF THE RESERVATION notified more than 72 hours before the scheduled date of arrival, will entitle you to transfer the amount of the deposit paid, to a future stay, in the same establishment and solely on behalf of the same named guest, before December 31st of the same year or before the closing of the hotel due to end of season. Only one change of date per reservation will be allowed, which cannot be fragmented over different rooms, nor be used for anything other than the payment of accommodation and board. Also, the change of date will be subject to availability. In case the rates applicable on the date of the new reservation were higher, the customer must pay the difference, without being able to claim any amount in the opposite case, if the rate is lower.
- In compliance with article 7 of the 7/2012 Act of 29 October, cash payments over 2,500 euros shall not be accepted for guests who are Spanish or tax residents, or over 15,000 euros for non-resident guests.
- THE AFOREMENTIONED TERMS AND CONDITIONS ARE NOT APPLICABLE TO THE SERVIGROUP MONTIBOLI HOTEL. Please refer to the specific terms and conditions of this establishment when making a booking.
MODIFICATION AND CANCELLATION POLICY
- Changes to guest names for bookings shall not be accepted.
- All changes shall entail the implicit cancellation of the original booking, and the new booking shall be accepted subject to the availability of rooms at the booked hotel and according to the prices and terms and conditions in force when making the new booking, with no obligation for THE HOTEL to respect the terms and conditions prior to the change.

- If a booking is cancelled without notice or the guest does not arrive at the hotel establishment on the booked date, the compensation costs shall be the amount paid for one night’s stay and no amendment or refund whatsoever shall be possible.
- THE HOTEL shall not refund any sum whatsoever due to the early departure of guests.
- Terms and conditions are not applicable to the Servigroup Montíboli Hotel. Please refer to the specific terms and conditions of the hotel when making a booking.
