1-  The Christmas Square

The epicenter of Christmas in Benidorm is the Plaza de SS.MM. Los Reyes de España (Benidorm's Town Hall Square), which will be transformed into the Plaza de la Navidad (Christmas Square) from November 29th to January 6th. This year, a special guest, Gisela—the Spanish singer who lends her voice to songs like "¡Suéltalo!" (Let It Go!) and "Por primera vez en años" (For the First Time in Forever) from the movie Frozen—will be in charge of the Opening Show, followed by the Christmas Lights Switch-On, which will begin on Saturday, November 29th at 7:00 pm.

There you'll find a magical atmosphere that encourages spending long hours with the family enjoying its inflatables and attractions, its ice skating rink, and performances especially geared towards children.

There will be shows and entertainment for children almost every day; you can check all the schedules here.

This year, the spectacular figures of the Three Kings, over 10 meters tall, will delight children and can be found in the Plaza de la Navidad.

In Benidorm there is a long tradition of nativity scenes. You will be able to visit three great nativity scenes from November 29th to January 6th, in different parts of the town. In addition, you can buy your own figurines and other decorations at the Christmas Market.

The first of them is a spectacular monumental nativity scene carried out by the Nativity Scene Association of the Marina Baixa in the lobby of the Town Hall. The second one is the great Benidorm nativity scene on Calle Tomás Ortuño, this nativity scene set up by the ACR La Barqueta has been on display for many years and has become an unmissable event for anyone who spends Christmas in Benidorm; and a third, the one in the Casa de Andalucía, located on calle Mercurio nº 4.

5-  The base Camp of SS.MM. The 3 Wise men (Kings of the East)

Between the 2nd and 5th of January, the garden in front of the Town Hall will host the 3 wise men camp, where children can go to deliver their letters to the royal pages and meet with their majesties to clarify what they expect to receive on Twelfth Night... If they have behaved themselves!

6- XIII San Silvestre Benidorm Christmas Run

The sporting event par excellence of Christmas is, without a doubt, the Carrera San Silvestre Benidorm Christmas Run, a popular and fun race that is held in many cities to say goodbye to the year 2025. It will take place on the 21st of December at 10am.

The San Silvestre benidorm has become a fun date for the whole family rather than a competition, many of the runners carry out the race in fancy dress such as reindeer, Santa Claus or elves and a large audience comes to the race just to enjoy the atmosphere, costumes and, incidentally, animate the runners. Laughter and fun are guaranteed and participation is greater every year thanks to the organization of differentiated tours for all ages and physical conditions. And all this accompanied by a solidarity collection of food for food banks!

7-  Great New Year's Eve party

To end the year there is no better way than to take stock of what has been lived and to be thankful for all the good times that we have enjoyed during the last 12 months. To do this, at Servigroup Hotels we organize a fantastic New Year's Eve Gala pampered in detail in each of our hotels, with party favours, lucky grapes, a delicious special menu and many more details to make everything unforgettable. Without a doubt, we cannot think of a better alternative to welcome in the new year.

In addition, on the Levante Beach in Benidorm the end of the year is celebrated in the street with the 12 grapes to the sound of the chimes and the party continues until the wee hours of the morning, so it can be a good plan to go out for a walk around the town in the early hours of the year after enjoying a great banquet. The night is young!
