Absolutely exceeded expectations! We had such a brilliant stay – the hotel was spotless throughout and genuinely couldn’t have asked for more. The food was outstanding every single time – fresh, flavourful, and never a disappointment. What really made the experience though was the staff. Every single person we encountered was kind, polite, and welcoming – the hospitality was second to none. We arrived late due to a delayed flight and unfortunately missed dinner, but the staff went out of their way to prepare a few plates of food for us so we wouldn’t go hungry. It was such a thoughtful gesture and really set the tone for the rest of the stay. Can’t recommend this place enough – thank you for such a lovely experience!

Enjoyed our stay at the Servigroup Castilla. Room was spacious, clean and the blind and air conditioning were brilliant for keeping the room nice and cool. The pool area was nice and was never so busy we couldn't get a lounger. Drinks were reasonable and the food served at the pool was really tasty. Staff were all very friendly and professional.

Very clean hotel, good size rooms, comfy beds and all staff were friendly, would stay again 100%!

Excellent hotel can't fault it food good breakfast good rooms spotless staff are very friendly and would do anything to help you can't wait to return.

I am a servigroup member and this is the first time staying at Castilla (have stayed at the others in Benidorm) and we thought it was a lovely hotel, staff were excellent and very friendly and accommodating. We are definitely coming back. Location also very good. 5 stars to you all!

Lovely and very comfortable room, food was of great quality. Staff were very friendly and very helpful. The hotel was situated at a good location within easy reach of pubs & bars also beach was 15 minute stroll. Would highly recommend.

Top class place, amazing food, varied throughout the entire holiday. Staff absolutely amazing and couldn’t do enough to help. It is an amazingly clean hotel and kept clean throughout our stay, food throughout the day was very reasonably priced. Can’t fault it at all, definitely worth a visit. We will 100% be visiting here again.EXCELLENT.
