* The Connect Shuttle service will be available for flights arriving and departing from Alicante airport from 1st November to 31st March between 6am to 11:59pm. From 1st April to 31st October this service is 24 hours. Service to train station, available for all trains departing or arriving from/to Alicante station between 9:30am and 08:25pm.
* This promotion excludes 25 December and the afternoons of 24 and 31 December from 6 p.m onwards.
* From 1st January 2025, the free transfer service provided by Beniconnect will be the Economy Connect Shuttle
What do you have to do to benefit from this promotion of the free transfers?
This free service is a courtesy that Hoteles Servigroup in Benidorm has with customers who meet the following requirements:
Only applied to individual clients who book, directly, through www.servigroup.com
Your reservation must be for 5 nights or more.
Promotion only valid for our hotels in Benidorm.
The transfer will only be to and from the Alicante airport (ALC) or to and from Alicante train station (RENFE).
This free shuttle service will only be possible if you arrange your transfer at least 48 hours in advance, from the arrival date.
This promotion will be available only for a shared transfer service, if you prefer a private service you will have to pay the established amount.
The dates of transfer must COMPULSORILY coincide with the dates of entry and exit of the reservation in the hotel establishment.
If your stay is less than 5 nights, you will have to pay the total price of this service.
The free transfer offer includes a suitcase and carry on luggage per person. If you add extra luggage in your reservation, you must pay the extra cost to Beniconnect.
The transfer must be booked through the Beniconnect company in the search engine that appears in this webpage.
