Payment and Cancellation Conditions at Servigroup Hotels

  • Minimum initial payment: Only one night is required in advance as a guarantee. The remaining balance is paid upon arrival at the hotel.

  • Flexible cancellation: If your plans change, you won’t lose your money. Simply notify us at least 3 days before arrival, and we will keep the first night as a deposit.

  • 365 days to decide: You’ll have a full year (365 days) to use your deposit for another stay. No need to choose new dates immediately—take your time.

  • Simple process: When you're ready to plan your next holiday, just contact us and we’ll automatically deduct your deposit from your new booking.
