Very clean and ideal location for the Levante Beach side of Benidorm.

Excellent hotel.great location. good size rooms. Staff are very friendly multi lingual and very helpful. Restaurant very good too. Also gym was a nice bonus. Poolside plenty of beds & parasols the bar snacks are good value to. Cleaning staff do a great job around the hotel and the rooms.

First class hotel. In an excellent location. Highly recommend. Room good size, beds excellent - really comfy, bedding, sheets, pillows and towels excellent quality. Bathroom very nice, plenty of hot water and shower good sized. Shutter screen on the main window/door is an excellent addition. Room cleaned daily, towels replaced daily, beds changed once during our 1 week stay. Breakfast was very good. Pool area is lovely too, lots of sunloungers and the bar drinks and snacks are good too. Staff are all so nice, polite, helpful and knowledgeable. Thank you. Just book, have a great time

Amazing Hotel

Amazing! Staff are an asset to this hotel.

I had a brilliant, relaxing break away and the hotel was part of that experience.

Great staff. Good amount of sunbeds. Clean and tidy. And Jackie on the front counter was super!

Been 4 times now will always book castilla.
