Our second visit to this hotel and we were not disappointed. Jackie on the reception desk was amazing as always so welcoming. Andrea, Amanda and Nataly in the restaurant were so lovely helping us with our Spanish and making us feel like we had been there forever. Jimmy the show cook was an absolute treat telling us what to try and having banter with us. The whole team were amazing for our whole stay and we do not have one negative. We stayed full board and always had something amazing to eat especially the Mexican night! The negative comments about this hotel are so silly it is an amazing hotel. We shall return here as many others do.

A great hotel, absolutely spotless and kept so clean, we heard someone complaining about the food whilst we were there. That is total nonsense. We had roast beef twice whilst we there and Chinese themed night.
The fridge in your room is free and the safe as well. Jackie the English lady on reception is a mine of information. If you like a cuppa before you go down to breakfast take your own kettle though.
We never had any problems getting a sun bed as there is a large separate sun bathing area in addition to beds around the pool. The hotel is relatively small with only 132 rooms but the dining room was never full with plenty of tables available.
Altogether a very good week’s holiday.

What a cracking hotel especially pool area which is a little oasis in Benidorm
Plenty of room always sunbeds available
The all staff work extremely hard to make your stay wonderful
Only ever done b and b but breakfast as a good choice and nicely cooked for my taste waiting staff friendly and show cook cool
Rooms seem bigger then others in Servi group and black out blind is awesome for a good night sleep rooms alway spotlessly cleaned housekeeping team great
Reception staff wonderful and very helpful and Jackie's just bloody marvellous ???? also the hotel manager is very nice and charming

This was our second stay at this hotel this year, and it was just as amazing as the first! The location is perfect—close to everything we needed. The staff are exceptional, and a special mention goes to Jackie at the front desk, who made us feel so welcome and taken care of. Couldn’t recommend this place more highly! We’ll definitely be back.

My experience in the hotel was excellent, from the get go I was welcomed with open arms and throughout my stay it was a pleasure. Particularly the reception staff, maids, animator staff and waiters / waitresses were all exceptional in their duties and very pleasant. I would have wished to have stayed forever haha.
