The Hotel Diplomatic in Benidorm was the setting for the annual meeting of our management team, whose main objective was to carry out an analysis of the year, that is now coming to an end, and to estimate the first forecasts for the ep coming tourist season in which we are about to start.
The meeting was chaired by Mr. José María Caballé, CEO and founder of Servigroup Hotels, who wanted to convey a message of encouragement to the directors of the 18 hotels in the chain at the end of the year, and express his gratitude for the immense effort of the entire team that makes up the Servigroup family during this year, after the commitment to keep the doors of our hotels open in a season marked by the Covid-19 pandemic and the general closure of hotel establishments throughout the country.
Thousands of clients have visited us this year despite the restrictions, and that has allowed us to open 9 of our hotels at some point throughout the season. We wanted to be by your side, and you have accompanied us, thank you!
Here at Servigroup, we know that you, our clients, have the desire to travel again as soon as possible, and, therefore, we hope to start the path towards the recovery of normality in 2021.
To do this, and in keeping with our non-conformist philosophy of continuous improvement that characterizes us so much, we have not stopped working at any time during these months without losing sight of the season that is about to begin. As a result of this work, in the course of the meeting, the new initiatives, that are already being carried out, within the strategy of image renewal and commercialization of the Servigroup brand in which our company is currently involved were transmitted to the management team.
At Servigroup Hotels, which recently had the pleasure of launching a new corporate logo, we are about to launch a new website that will replace the present one and that will be the culmination of the long process of implementation of numerous technological improvements that we have developed in the system Business Intelligence (BI) of our hotels in order to segment our offer and better adapt to the profile of each client.
In addition to new services, such as early online check-in, that are already coming to the chain to provide you with an optimal experience even before your arrival at the hotel.
