Once all the comments were collected and after analysing customer satisfaction of this new stage, we have been able to verify a positive increase in the perception that our guests have about their stay.

For this reason, at Servigroup Hotels we are proud to see that we have once again achieved your trust after reading the thousands of messages collected in the most prestigious opinion portals such as TripAdvisor, Booking or Google+ that translate into an increase in the satisfaction of our Customers compared to last year of up to 17% (TripAdvisor) and an average score during this summer in our hotels of 8.8 (Booking).

In the reviews, customers have highlighted the sense of security that they have felt as soon as they stepped into the hotel and the confidence in the effectiveness of the safety and hygiene measures adopted, in addition to their satisfaction with their own experience enjoyed in the hotel, all of which has not been undermined by the prevention protocols adopted as a result of the current situation.

A vast majority of our guests have highly valued the service and treatment of employees, the constant cleaning, the compliance with new security measures and all this while safeguarding the essence of what a holiday should be in all its facets: a room with all the comforts, a varied gastronomic offer of quality, facilities and swimming pools in operation and complementary offer of entertainment.
