Returned today from another wonderful holiday at this hotel. Amazing staff, spotlessly clean, brilliant selection of food at all meal times.Plenty of sun beds available at all times throughout the day. Just want to say a massive thank you to all of the staff - in particular the reception and bar staff - you were so kind and helpful.

Fantastic stay – we will definitely be back! Just returned from a wonderful 4-night half-board stay at the Servigroup Venus and couldn't be happier. From the moment we arrived, the staff were so welcoming and helpful. The hotel is exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and in a great location—nice and easy to get around. The food was brilliant with plenty of variety at every meal, and everything tasted fresh and well-cooked. Our rooms were comfortable, quiet, and had everything we needed for a relaxing break. A special mention to the bar and dining room team who were always cheerful and efficient. Highly recommend if you're looking for a reliable, friendly hotel in Benidorm!
