Over the years our family have stayed at the hotel Venus many times. The hotel staff are amazing and friendly, from the cleaners and chambermaids to the front desk, restaurant and bar staff, they are so helpful and can’t do enough for the hotel residents. The rooms are compact but are spotless and the food is delicious.

For a 3 star hotel in the middle of Benidorm i didn’t expect much! But was i wrong! Firstly friendliest of the hotel was superb! From the cleaners to everyone in the hotel! , it was way beyond my expectations! Friendly in areas, breakfast was top notch compared with 5 stars hotels! In my opinion it was the best 3 star hotel I have ever stayed in! Cleanliness, friendly and values for money!!!
