Reviews of Hotel Servigroup Rialto

Returned from a week's stay at Rialto and it's exceeded our expectations. Firstly the staff work tirelessly to keep the hotel clean, our room was cleaned daily and fresh towels left, the restaurant was spotless. The pool area has plenty of sunbeds and was also very clean and tidy. The English lady on reception (sorry I have forgotten her name) is lovely and so helpful, always a friendly smile when we walked through or had a query. We stayed half board, breakfast has fruit, yoghurt and a selection of pastries. There's coffee and fresh juices. Then there's a station where fresh omelette and pancakes are made. Then your typical full English bacon (which my partner said was really good) sausages, black puddings etc. Lunch was varied and will suit most people, cold meats, cheeses, breads griddle with meats and fish being cooked to order, salad, veg, fries etc then a choice of desserts. The bar serves snacks such as pizzas and toasties which are reasonably priced. The location is a few mins walk to the Levante beach, old town is about 30 mins walk, you can walk down the beach front to get there, plenty of bars along the way and we really enjoyed old town for tapas. The hotel is out the way enough not to be noisy at night but close enough to walk to walk everywhere (there are a few inclines surrounding). Overall really impressed with the hotel and their staff, thanks for making our stay so enjoyable.

Absolutely brilliant! Clean room, clean hotel, friendly staff, good location (less than a 5 minute walk to the beach). The staff were brilliant! I had a wheelchair and crutches and when I went to breakfast the chairs weren’t the best for me with my back and legs and a lovely lady immediately got me a better chair and helped me. The next day the second she saw me, she ushered us straight to a table with the appropriate chairs and helped place my crutches away!! Couldn’t have asked for me!!

Excellent small 3*hotel. Staff are fantastic. Food was great quality. Rooms were clean and tidy. The only thing missing was no kettle if you wanted a hot drink. But in near 30° it wasn't needed at this time. I'd definitely consider staying again at the Rialto.

Had a fabulous stay again at Rialto. Lisa and her team are exceptional. From checking in to checking out all the staff were friendly, courteous and helpful. Really made sure that every guest was happy. Should definitely be 4* I will certainly try to book direct next time. Thank you to all the wonderful team once again

My father stayed here last week to visit me as I have only just moved to Spain and he has only previously visited benidorm for a few days when I got married. The English speaking lady on reception was fantastic and made sure my father received the parcel I d left for him. He said everyone was so friendly and helpful the buffet breakfast for hot and plenty of choice and the hotel and room were spotless. He also witnessed one of the entertainment team really getting involved with a group of disabled guests and making them so happy and making their day it seemed. The location is great ( that's why I booked it for him) close enough to some bars and restaurants and great for the beach and bus services. Thank you He will be back

Loved it received excellent greeting from lovely receptionist when checked in nice room good food atmosphere and perfect location came home yesterday and missing rialto already my last night was my birthday night and I was given a huge complimentary bottle of cava to celebrate. My 2nd visit to rialto ♥

Really enjoyed our stay, clean room. Maids around every day. Food lovely, in a great area!

I can’t give suggestions for improvement as it was my first Servigroup stay after many other hotels in Benidorm and I can’t give any fault at all as it exceeded my expectations and will use the group again but more central perhaps calypso. The English breakfast was better than any you could expect to buy in Benidorm or the UK, I will go as far as to say the best breakfast I’ve eaten in any holiday in any country.

2nd time at this hotel and can't recommend it enough. Staff, food, cleanliness all spot on. A special recommendation to Lisa on reception always helpful and knowledgeable. We'll be back next year!

Excellent hotel staff could not do enough for us. They moved our room to be closer to our son. Easy access to the beach about five minute walk. The pool area was great. We only had breakfast and it was excellent very good choice. Very relaxed and comforting here. Should be a four star hotel and not a three star hotel.
