Great hotel great location great people 1st place I look when booking Benidorm

Brilliant hotel in perfect location close enough but far away for peace and quiet

I'd like to say thank you to all of the staff, from the cleaners who always have a smile on their faces, to staff behind the bar for their humour, to the restaurant staff who all work incredibly hard. A special thank you to Amanda once again for her excellent Customer Service and I must also mention Giselle on Reception who is such a credit to the Pueblo team. Another memorable break with friends and I can't wait until next year. Thank You

Happy with everything in the hotel. Food options were brilliant at all meals. Great location as well as it's only a few minutes walk from the main places I go to at night, so it's easy to get home.

Hotel is lovely close to all bars and restaurants ,staff were really helpful nothing was too much trouble,cleanliness was great everyday the room was cleaned ,amazing .We would definitely go back to the Pueblo !!!!

27.08.2025 Once again a fantastic stay. The staff are super friendly from bar staff to domestic staff. Nothing is too much trouble. Bed are super comfy & we had a great nights sleep. The food was outstanding & so much choice. Well done everyone for all your hard work & dedication.

Everything was excellent I would definitely stay here again. Lovely room very clean and was cleaned each day. Breakfast was excellent as was bar service and pool area

The 2nd time at the pueblo and it was a amazing hoilday the staff all work hard and everything was fantastic thank you can't wait till the next time
