Where to start as soon as I got in to the building I was made to feel welcome by Sebastian at reception he was so helpful and kind I even asked him for directions to a shopping centre and he was there in a heart beat I can't recommend this place enough and also ramom at reception also the food is amazing no matter what time u go down the staff are very welcoming and the hotel. I'm glad this is my 2nd time going there, best place. I wouldn't have it any other way .... Thanks again all.

Fabulous stay again in The Pueblo, it’s very central and close to the beach and all the entertainment in the new town. Customer assistance on hand when you need them and very friendly bar staff.

Animation team great!!! They are very active people. Isabella and Silvia such nice people, always with a lovely smile!

A brilliant stay here. The staff were so helpful, facilities were amazing and the breakfast had lots of options and was really nice too!
