Wonderfull

Everything about this hotel was just fantastic l would still here again, l would highly recommend this hotel. There was nothing not to like, it was a wonderful hotel

The property has a variety of swimming pools and plenty of entertainment throughout the day music pumping absolutely loved it. They have a seating area and a very nice bar with Aircon. It really helped to cool us down. It’s very secure and safe and the children cannot escape. The staff are fantastic. I have a child who is autistic and I asked for a ground floor if possible they said they couldn’t promise but they delivered and gave us a fantastic room on the ground floor. They took into consideration everything I said to them. I think this hotel should be four stars if not more ! . It is not like any three star hotel I was sceptical about staying as I must admit I usually stay in minimum of 4 star. The staff are attentive helpful kind well mannered the place is so clean , the pools are cleaned every night my children were very happy with the facilities and they cannot wait to return.

Where to start as soon as I got in to the building I was made to feel welcome by Sebastian at reception he was so helpful and kind I even asked him for directions to a shopping centre and he was there in a heart beat I can't recommend this place enough and also ramom at reception also the food is amazing no matter what time u go down the staff are very welcoming and the hotel. I'm glad this is my 2nd time going there, best place. I wouldn't have it any other way .... Thanks again all.
