Reviews of Hotel Servigroup Calypso

I spent 1week at the Hotel Calypso in Benidorm from 4th November with my wife and granddaughter. I cannot fault this hotel with anything. Everything was perfect. Thank you CALYPSO.

Staff very friendly...food very good..not leave restaurant hungry even if few thingd you dont like.. This was my 3rd visit this year and booked for March already for 2026

I stay at the calypso every November the first week before the festival. As every year the stay is top notch I can't fault it. We are back in February for a 3 night stay. The location is central to everything in the new town. The indoor/outdoor market, the strip all the local bars and the beach 300 yards away. The hotel is spotless. The food is very good. Nice selections, there is something for everyone to eat. The rooms are fine never had a bad experience. The shower is powerful and very hot. Thanks again for another great stay at servigroup calypso see you in February.

Great breakfast. Not sure if I've ever had proper English style bacon before in Benidorm.

Great location. Spotlessly clean throughout. Good varied tasty food.Staff were excellent, from the security man, cleaner, receptionist restaurant staff, bar staff.

Great Hotel in a great Location. Beds were Comfy. Wash Facilites were clean and Good. The Hotel was Clean. The Staff were very Helpful. We only had a Breakfast there. The Food was Edible. But not brilliant. But they had a large option for people. The only small gripe is no Tea or Coffee Facilities in the Rooms. But apart from that. It was a brilliant place to stay.

Excellent all round experience

This was my daughter’s and my first holiday abroad, and we had a fantastic experience at Hotel Calypso. The hotel is very central—within walking distance to the beach, the Old Town, and plenty of nightlife and entertainment. The staff were well-mannered and friendly, my friend has a fear of elevators which staff kindly changed the floor of our room so we were able to take the stairs. Housekeeping came daily with fresh towels, which was great. Every room has a good size balcony, perfect for relaxing when you just want some quiet time in your room. We booked bed and breakfast, and the breakfast was amazing—freshly cooked every morning with something for everyone. The dining area was clean and spacious, making it a pleasant start to the day. There was daily entertainment by the pool and evening shows at the front bar, which we really enjoyed. I would definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends—and we’d happily book here again!

Loved our stay 2.8.25 it couldn't of been any better, food was nice, lovely location, always a sunbed available, my hubby loved the big screen by the pool
