Servigroup considers the training of its personnel a priority, a key to continue showing its leadership within the tourism sector of the destinations in which it is present.
Along this line, the company organized on January 27th a training day aimed at staff from different departments of the chain, this took place in the Tanit Room of the Hotel Torre Dorada in Benidorm.

Throughout the day, issues related to compliance with the Law on Protection of Personal Data and guarantees of digital rights were addressed, to be as scrupulous as possible in the processing of data, both of customers and of the company's workers.
On the other hand, the new image and marketing strategies of the brand were discussed, in which, among other issues, improvements in the corporate image and the Servigroup website were addressed, as well as the expansion of the marketing channels of the products of the group and their reorientation to segment the offer, in order to better adapt to each client profile.
The president of the company, José María Caballé, was present during the training day and was responsible for welcoming the attending staff, offering an introduction in which he referred to the optimal results of the group during the year 2019 and the good expectations for the next season.
