We are in luck! The prestigious British tour operator Jet2holidays, which offers more than a hundred hotels in the province of Alicante to its clients from the UK and Ireland, held its annual awards ceremony last Monday which, for the first time, took place in Benidorm.
With the Quality Awards, Jet2holidays aims to recognise a job well done to those hotels whose customers have been most satisfied after having visited them during the last year. The awards are based on the score that travellers have given to each establishment in different categories.
So there is no greater satisfaction for Servigroup Hotels than to have been awarded two prizes that place our establishments among the favourites of customers visiting Benidorm.
Hard work pays off and there is no greater reward than a satisfaction level of 96%. This score has earned the Hotel Servigroup Nereo the Quality Award which accredits it as one of the top ten hotels, not only in Benidorm, but on the entire Costa Blanca based on the general perception of Jet2holidays travellers over the last year.
The hotel's carefully selected gastronomy, the human treatment of an always willing team and magnificent facilities in which the outdoor heated pool stands out during the winter have been more than enough reasons to achieve this recognition that the hotel's director, Santiago Rodríguez, collected on behalf of his entire team. "This award encourages us to continue working in the same line, our customers feel at home and that makes us very happy," said Santiago after receiving the award.
