Servigroup Hotels starts the New year on a great footing, after being recognized for the excellence of all its hotel establishments by Booking.com, one of the main travel portals worldwide. This recognition is added to those already granted throughout 2019 by another of the great tourist portals, TripAdvisor.
Both portals annually present a series of awards to establishments that are best scored by customers. These latest awards place the hotel chain Servigroup with a record that exceeds 500 awards, treasured throughout the 50 years of activity.
Awards “Traveller Review Awards” by Booking.com
Booking.com awards the "Traveller Review Awards" based on the opinions that customers provide daily about their stays contracted through the travel portal. The eighteen Servigroup establishments located in different destinations along the Spanish coast have obtained excellent qualifications, reaching an average score of 8.83.
Customers are responsible for assessing the different categories of each of the hotels they are staying in (service and facilities, comfort, cleanliness in the rooms, location or value for money). In order to obtain a Traveller Review Award, hotel establishments must obtain a score between 8 and 10, as well as a minimum of five comments online. These are the requirements that Servigroup once again has achieved.
Thus, all Servigroup hotels have been rewarded in this new edition of the Booking.com awards, for their effort to offer maximum comfort and the highest quality of accommodation services.

Throughout 2019 Servigroup Hotels have also received awards for excellence from another of the leading international travel portals such as TripAdvisor or the Tour Operator Jet2Holidays.

TripAdvisor’s Certificates of Excellence also reward recognition for those establishments that are most prominent and best valued by customers. Many of Servigroup's hotels are part of its popular Tripadvisor Hall of Fame.
In 2019, sixteen Servigroup hotels were awarded, by obtaining excellent ratings for their tourist quality.

On the other hand, it should be noted that the gastronomy of the Hotel Venus in Benidorm was also awarded in 2019 by the British tour operator Jet2Holidays.
The Hotel Servigroup Venus stood out from the rest of the three star hotels in Benidorm with the extraordinary recognition as “Best overall 3* food quality” for the excellent quality offered in the Servigroup Hotels buffets.
