I stayed here for my 60th birthday and I can honestly say it was a beautiful, clean and friendly hotel.

Absolutely brilliant time at the Rialto my friend and I went for 5 days wished it was for longer Staff were great rooms a bit small but very clean, room serviced everyday with fresh towels provided the cleanliness throughout this hotel was to a very high standard Food was amazing as was all the staff pool side great with plenty sun beds for everyone This hotel should be graded at a 4 as I could not fault any thing I will definitely be back and I have already recommended it to family and friends thanks to all the staff at the Rialto for making this a truly exceptional 5 days

Great hotel, with excellent rooms, food was fantastic with plenty of options for every person. Plenty of sunbeds and a nice cosy swimming pool. Reception staff were brilliant, really friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend a stay at the rialto

Location was great near enough to both the strip and beach but also far enough not to be kept awake with the noise of the bustling strip at night time.The hotel is in a safe location and security is great for anyone that feels nervous when travelling abroad. Staff of Servigroup Rialto go above and beyond to ensure all guests have a great holiday the food in the bar and restaurant are good value for money while using decent ingredients. I would definitely recommend this hotel to stay in and I look forward to returning next year. There is nothing as a family of 8 each one of us enjoyed every moment we spent in Hotel Rialto and also Benidorm as a whole.

We would highly recommend this Hotel to anyone the staff where amazing couldn't do enough for you the rooms where clean and spotless.. The food was great and a wide choice fresh every day.

Returned from a week's stay at Rialto and it's exceeded our expectations. Firstly the staff work tirelessly to keep the hotel clean, our room was cleaned daily and fresh towels left, the restaurant was spotless. The pool area has plenty of sunbeds and was also very clean and tidy. The English lady on reception (sorry I have forgotten her name) is lovely and so helpful, always a friendly smile when we walked through or had a query. We stayed half board, breakfast has fruit, yoghurt and a selection of pastries. There's coffee and fresh juices. Then there's a station where fresh omelette and pancakes are made. Then your typical full English bacon (which my partner said was really good) sausages, black puddings etc. Lunch was varied and will suit most people, cold meats, cheeses, breads griddle with meats and fish being cooked to order, salad, veg, fries etc then a choice of desserts. The bar serves snacks such as pizzas and toasties which are reasonably priced. The location is a few mins walk to the Levante beach, old town is about 30 mins walk, you can walk down the beach front to get there, plenty of bars along the way and we really enjoyed old town for tapas. The hotel is out the way enough not to be noisy at night but close enough to walk to walk everywhere (there are a few inclines surrounding). Overall really impressed with the hotel and their staff, thanks for making our stay so enjoyable.

Absolutely brilliant! Clean room, clean hotel, friendly staff, good location (less than a 5 minute walk to the beach). The staff were brilliant! I had a wheelchair and crutches and when I went to breakfast the chairs weren’t the best for me with my back and legs and a lovely lady immediately got me a better chair and helped me. The next day the second she saw me, she ushered us straight to a table with the appropriate chairs and helped place my crutches away!! Couldn’t have asked for me!!
