The head barman from Servigroup meet to prepare the new menus for this season

Just as every year, and of course with the aim to improve the services provided by Servigroup, all of the hotels head barmen attended a meeting on the 20th February at the Hotel Torre Dorada to analyse last season, and schedule the incorporation of the latest updates to be included in the new bar menus which will be presented this coming season.

In addition, during the meeting, in the Show Room area, different companies participated, demonstrating, their proposals to expand and enrich the Servigroup Hotels already extensive offer.

CAFENTO demonstrated in their presentation on how to make good coffee. An exhibition that addressed techniques in finishing and decorating the cup. They also presented new proposals in iced teas.

OXEFRUIT, professionals in mixers, prepared a presentation of premium drinks, syrups and frappés.

HEINEKEN, released their new items such as The Unfiltered Eagle (El Águila sin filtrar), The Apple Thief (El Ladrón de manzanas), Hop House 13 Guinness or Lagunitas IPA beer.

HISUMER, presented a range of new gins and rums, especially for the British client.

GRANITAshowed all the Servigroup head barman their innovative slush machines, with which they can offer customers greater quality in this product.

This annual meeting was organized by the Director of Purchasing and Gastronomy of Servigroup, Alfredo Garfellá, in order to share experiences, unify criteria and meet new proposals. Through these types of meetings, each area of the company constantly works to improve the services it provides, with the aim to satisfy all Servigroup Hotels customers with the best value for money.
