1. WHO IS THE ORGANIZER OF THE COMPETITION
This contest is organized by SERVIGROUP TRAVEL, S.L. NIF number. B-03039120, address Avenida Europa, 6 - ED TORRE BENIDORM, Benidorm, 03503, Alicante, entity registered in the Commercial Registry of Alicante; Volume 1976, Section 3, Book 86, folio 184 and page 3, (hereinafter, Servigroup or the Organizer).
2. OBJECTIVE OF THE LEGAL BASES
Through these bases, Servigroup establishes the regulatory rules that will govern participation and the delivery of prizes in the contest.
Participation in the contest by carrying out what is described in the corresponding clause of these Legal Bases implies that the participants declare that they have read and accept them, which includes the disclaimer clauses.
3.PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS
This contest is open to all clients staying at Servigroup Hotels between May 15th and July 4th, both included.
Participants must be of legal age (18 years old) at the time of submitting the form to participate in the contest.
Participation is free.
Participants may not be employees of Servigroup, nor be involved in the direct management of the contest by any Servigroup service provider company.
Have a DNI or equivalent document, in which your identity and age can be verified.
Accept these legal bases in full and without reservation.
Servigroup reserves the right to report and/or request the elimination of those participants who fail to comply with the established bases.
4. MECHANICS FOR PARTICIPATING IN THE COMPETITION
People who wish to participate in this draw must:
- Access the official form of the Eurocopa 2024 Contest for Servigroup Hotels through the link: www.servigroup.com/en/eurocopa/.
- Fill in the requested personal information, including the hotel reservation number to verify that the participant is staying in one of the Servigroup hotels.
- Choose the country that the participant believes will win Euro 2024.
- Submit the form.
Participants may only participate once.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, a participant may only be chosen as a winner one (1) time.
5. PRIZES
The prize for the winner will consist of a 5-night stay for 2 people on Full Board for any of the Servigroup hotels, with the exception of the Montiboli Hotel.
The stay is subject to availability and will be valid for one year from the notification to the winners.
It is noted that the prize of this contest is subject to the provisions of the tax regulations for the purposes of the Personal Income Tax (IRPF), as it is not exempt from taxation for the winners of the same, being subject to withholdings count at the rate in effect at the time the prize is awarded. Withholdings will be passed on to the winner at the time of delivery of the prize.
6. DEADLINES TO PARTICIPATE
The deadline to participate in the draw will begin on May 15th, 2024 at 9:00 a.m. (Peninsular time).
The deadline to participate in the draw will end on July 4th, 2024 at 00:00 a.m. (peninsular time).
Any participation before the start or after the end of the draw will not be taken into account.
The draw will be held on July 15th, 2024.
7. CHOOSING THE WINNER
Once the draw has been carried out, Servigroup will contact the winner via the email/contact information provided in the participation form.
Likewise, in order to guarantee the transparency of the draw, Servigroup will publish a news item on its website www.servigroup.com, with the name of the winner, and will link said news through Servigroup's official social networks:

Any person who does not comply with these conditions, will not be able to receive any prize. Before awarding the prize, Servigroup reserves the right to verify whether the winner meets the participation requirements, as well as the other conditions stipulated herein. In the event of not receiving facilities to verify the facts, or it is proven that one of the winners does not meet the requirements for participation, the Prize may be withdrawn from the winner, and may be assigned again in accordance with these rules or be retained indefinitely.
8. PERSONAL DATA
In accordance with the provisions of the data protection regulations, participants are informed that the data provided through the draw will be processed by Servigroup, with the purpose of managing the draw in accordance with the provisions of these legal bases. The legal basis that legitimizes this processing is needed for the execution of the provisions of these legal bases.
To guarantee the transparency of the draw, the name of the winner will be published by Servigroup in the medium in which the draw is held. The legal basis that legitimizes this processing is the legitimate interest of Servigroup in guaranteeing the transparency of the draw.
Likewise, in the event that the name of the winner is published in any other media available to Servigroup, the winner will be asked for his or her consent to such publication. The legal basis that legitimizes this purpose is the consent of the winner.
The participants' data will be processed during the duration of the draw. For their part, the winner's data will be processed indefinitely in the media in which their data has been published until they decide to request Servigroup to delete said publication. The participants' data may be shared with the rest of the companies and hotel entities that are part of Servigroup.
Servigroup informs you that if you consent, by checking the corresponding box on the form, your personal data will be processed for the purpose of sending you commercial communications by email about Servigroup services, promotions, news or events. that may be of interest to you. The tool used to send email communications will include links and tiny, transparent images that will be associated with your email address. In this way, when one of these images is downloaded or the links contained in the email are accessed, Servigroup can know for statistical purposes whether the email has been opened or if a link has been accessed from said email. You can prevent these uses by configuring your email manager or program to prevent the automated download of images, as well as by not accessing the links included in the emails you receive. In each communication, you may object to receiving this type of information through the contact method indicated to process your cancellation. The legal basis that legitimizes this processing is the legitimate interest of Servigroup. The data will be processed for this purpose indefinitely until you object or request the deletion of your data.
Participants may exercise their rights of access, rectification, deletion, opposition, limitation and portability before Servigroup through written, dated and signed communication, to the corresponding address indicated in the 1st point of these rules, proving their identity and identifying themselves as participant in this draw through the personal data provided in their participation. Likewise, if they consider their right to personal data protection has been violated, participants may file a claim with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es) or with the Data Protection Delegate of Servigroup (dpo@ servigroup.es)
9. SERVIGROUP RESPONSIBILITY
Servigroup is the sole organizer of the contest.
Servigroup is not responsible for participations that do not comply with the provisions of these legal bases, nor for possible claims related to the enjoyment of the prize or the expectations that may be had regarding it, as well as any liability or damage derived from conditions or circumstances already warned and regulated in these bases. Likewise, Servigroup will not be responsible if, for any reason of fortuitous event or force majeure, it is not possible to comply with the dates or forecasts established in these bases.
Servigroup reserves the right to prolong, modify, shorten or cancel the contest if a fortuitous event or a major event occurs, which makes it impossible to continue with it in accordance with the provisions of these bases. In no case can Servigroup be held responsible if the contest has to be delayed, modified, shortened or cancelled if the circumstances justify it, and provided that the rights acquired by the participants have not been harmed. Servigroup Hotels excludes any liability for damages of any kind that, despite the security measures adopted, could be due to the improper use of the services and contents by users, and, in particular, although not exclusively, for damages of any kind that may be due to the impersonation of a third party carried out by a user in any type of communication made through the portal. Servigroup will not assume responsibility for the disagreement of the participants with what is established in these rules.
The decisions made by Servigroup are binding.
