Applicable terms and conditions:
The prices shown at the time of booking with the Club SERVI+ rate include the discount, as well as VAT as per the tax rate in force at the time of booking, which are applicable to the services contracted, without prejudice to the addition of any extra taxes – if applicable – that must be passed on to consumers in accordance with the corresponding legal regulations.
The discount is applied to the best available Internet rate and under the existing terms and conditions at the time of booking, to the room and board rate only, excluding any additional services that may be contracted by the customer. This discount is not valid for any of the rates available for Hotel Servigroup Montíboli.
Membership of Club SERVI+ is restricted to private individuals who book directly with any of the companies that are part of HOTELES SERVIGROUP, through www.servigroup.es or by telephone.
Privacy policy:
• Lawful basis: The lawful basis for the data processing is the need to manage registration and access to the website, leading to a contractual relationship.
• Retention period: The data will be processed for this purpose indefinitely until the User decides to unsubscribe on the website or by exercising their right of opposition or deletion. It will subsequently be kept blocked for five (5) years for possible liabilities arising from said processing.
As an additional purpose, SERVIGROUP may send commercial communications using the contact information provided by the User – including by electronic means – containing information on the products, services, development, events, news and information from SERVIGROUP’s blog on the hospitality and tourism sector. You may object to receiving commercial communications by sending an email to bajas@servigroup.es.
