We welcomed the Association of Young Entrepreneurs of the province of Alicante as part of Operation Consolida 2021
Last Wednesday, October 13th, we had the pleasure of welcoming JOVEMPA Marina Baixa to Benidorm, as part of the Federation of Young Entrepreneurs Associations of the Province of Alicante , whose members were able to learn firsthand about the trajectory of Servigroup Hotels and the details of the development that is carried out within our hotel chain in the operation of the commercial and marketing area.
The day began at theServigroup Diplomatic Hotel , a historic 4-star superior establishment located in the heart of Levante Beach, whose facilities served as the setting for the presentations of our director of corporate image and advertising , Natalia Caballé , and the commercial director of Servigroup Hotels, Carlos Bárcenas .
During the presentation, some thirty new business owners from the Valencian Community learned about the history of our hotel group, from its founding more than 50 years ago to the present day, and how it has evolved year after year to remain at the forefront of the national hotel sector . Furthermore, attendees gained insight into the group's working methods, a philosophy always centered on the customer , placing them at the heart of everything to offer the best possible service tailored to their desires and needs.
Next, we went to the Servigroup Hotels Reservations Center , located just a few meters away on Avenida de Europa, to see firsthand how our colleagues from the customer service, sales, and online business departments manage the group's daily operations, handling reservations and ensuring the satisfaction of the thousands of guests who visit our 18 hotels. Our colleagues were delighted to personally answer all our questions, sharing their extensive experience in the tourism sector .
Undoubtedly, this meeting proved to be a great opportunity to exchange ideas and learn from each other, as well as a source of pride for us as it serves as a benchmark for those young entrepreneurs and business owners who are starting their journey in the province of Alicante today.
