Servigroup Hotels launches a new website with a more modern and intuitive digital experience
At Servigroup Hotels, we are constantly working to improve our hotels and the service we provide to our guests, adapting to the new demands of travellers and their booking habits in order to offer the best possible product.
For this reason, we have launched a new corporate website whose main objective is to make the booking experience easier for customers, with direct sales being the main source of reservations for Servigroup Hotels. To achieve this, we have designed a browsing experience that is far more modern, intuitive and tailored to the current needs of users.
This new website marks a major step forward in the renewal of the corporate image of Servigroup Hotels, which since 2024 has been identified by the colour red and a new corporate emblem. Alongside the design improvements, the website now features a fresher, more functional and attractive image, aligned with the evolution of the brand and the latest digital trends within the tourism sector.
Most importantly, however, the group has made a significant effort to optimise the usability of the website in order to deliver the best possible user experience. Particular attention has been paid to the design and browsing experience on mobile phones, as visits to www.servigroup.com from mobile devices currently account for 80% of total traffic. In short, it is an environment designed by and for the user, wherever they may be.
Nevertheless, the new website retains the overall structure of its predecessor, refined through decades of customer service experience, in order to ensure a browsing experience that remains familiar to our regular guests. To this end, we have introduced key improvements that simplify the experience and make it far more appealing. Among these is a new high-impact header featuring a video that serves as an introduction for new visitors, immersing them in our hotels and destinations from the very first moment.
We have also introduced changes to the menus, which have now been simplified and reorganised, encouraging clean and distraction-free browsing. In addition, we have enhanced the information pages for each hotel, making them more comprehensive while ensuring that the essential information is always clearly visible, accessible and well organised. Furthermore, we have strengthened our visual content by incorporating new high-quality images and larger galleries that allow users to discover every corner of our hotels and more faithfully convey the Servigroup experience.
As a result, users continue to enjoy a booking engine that is fast, secure, intuitive and fully adapted to multiple devices, enabling them to make reservations easily and conveniently.
The website has been developed together with GNA Hotel Solutions, a strategic partner since 2019 and also responsible for our booking engine and the website of the Hotel Servigroup Montíboli.
