Since the closure of Servigroup Hotels, our team of professionals has not rested in order to ensure the highest quality and safety in customer service in view of the foreseeable reopening of our hotels next 1st of July, whenever possible in accordance with the applicable legal regulations, so that the protection of customers and workers is total.
In Servigroup we have been working from the very beginning on the preparation of the hotels with the aim of returning as soon as possible. Thus, in order to respond to this new situation in the tourism sector, all the necessary processes and protocols have been developed following the recommendations of the World Health Organisation (WHO), the Ministry of Health and the Spanish Institute for Tourism Quality (ICTE).
In this way, at Servigroup, we are carrying out a comprehensive sanitization process and desinfection of our establishments that includes all the rooms and the common areas of the hotels. This process is being carried out in order to continue guaranteeing the quality that characterizes our accommodations, and to be able to recover the normality as soon as possible and when the situation allows us.
Free parking for your stay of 4 nights or more until 31 March 2021
At Servigroup we hope to welcome you as soon as possible. To do so and in order to offer you the best service, we are aware of your needs in these times.
Therefore, all reservations with a stay of 4 nights or more will include a parking space completely free. The more than 2000 parking spaces we have available throughout our hotels are waiting to welcome you to start enjoying your holidays.
Flexible policy for date changes in your reservation
We plan to reopen our hotels the next 1st of July, but being aware that this possibility is subject on how the provisions of the competent authorities develops, we will maintain our flexible policy.
We will offer the option of changing the dates of your reservation so that all stays are carried out with complete peace of mind in case the circumstances does not allow us to reopen the hotels.
All these measures are part of our plan to return to normality, reiterating our gratitude to all those front line workers and staff, for their work in maintain the company in these times of health crisis, as well as all those who are still on the premises maintaining the equipment for re-opening or carrying out the sanitation and disinfection work and, of course, all those who are looking after our health so that we can soon be back in our hotels with the sole concern of enjoying our holidays.
