This recognition is added to those obtained throughout 2021 from other portals such as TripAdvisor, the best-known traveller opinion website. Its importance for us lies in the fact that both bring together millions of real evaluations and comments from the guests who visit us, and that in the same way, they help us to improve as well. The Booking.com portal annually reviews the Traveller Review Awards based on the thousands of comments made by customers every day evaluating their stays booked through the aforementioned travel website. The 18 hotels owned by the Servigroup chain, all along the Mediterranean coast, have once again obtained excellent ratings, posting an average satisfaction rating of 8.8.
Customers have the opportunity to express their opinion about their experience using a numerical range from 1 to 10, valuing different categories in relation to the services and facilities offered at the hotels where they stay (quality of service or food, comfort, cleanliness in the rooms, location or value for money). To achieve a Traveller Review Award, hotel establishments must obtain a score greater than 8, as well as having received a minimum of 5 comments on the portal throughout the year.
