Throughout this winter, the Hotel Servigroup Diplomatic (**** s), located in the heart of Benidorm and just a few steps from Levante Beach, has kept its doors open to the public, to continue offering at all times a great alternative for those many people that could not resist the arrival of the heat, to set foot again in this city that has tourism written in its DNA.
Because of this, many people have visited us in recent months with the full confidence that they were traveling to a safe place. For the most part, guests residing in the Valencian Community itself who were looking, and are still looking, to disconnect from the situation that has occupied us all during this time, respecting the pertinent sanitary measures, but with the desire to enjoy the excellent gastronomy of the hotel, its bar, swimming pool or Wellness Center services that are fully operational.

The Visit Benidorm Foundation, which is in charge of managing tourism in the city, is no stranger to the correct functioning of the Hotel Diplomatic in the toughest moments of the pandemic and has recognized its effort to ensure both quality and safety in its facilities granting it the "Benidorm Covid-19 Protocol-On" seal.
A mark of distinction developed expressly for the tourist establishments of Benidorm in line with the city's plan of action in terms of safety and prevention of the contagion of Covid-19, adhering to at all times the Ministerial Orders of the Spanish Government published in the different de-escalation phases and that establish the conditions towards a new reality.
With this commitment, and after having attached a responsible statement and, of course, demonstrated with the necessary documentation that all health protocols are being applied, the Hotel Diplomatic will continue working in this line and, in the same way, the rest of the 9 hotels that Servigroup owns in the city of Benidorm will be incorporated into the seal as their planned opening occurs over the summer.
The main objective of this model is to recognize tourism companies that have demonstrated that they have adopted the measures required for the safety and prevention of the spread of the SARS-Cov-2 virus with the intention of providing certainty to the destination and restoring confidence to both travellers as well as residents.
