As part of our health and safety protocol for workers and clients, Servigroup, in collaboration with IMED Hospitals, the leader in health care in the Valencian Community, will start testing our staff for COVID-19 on 11th May, coinciding with the start of phase 1 of the de-escalation process.
The test will be carried out at first to the active workers in the different workplaces we have open at present, such as our booking office.
We continue our commitment to reply to all of your inquiries, reservations and any type of assistance that our clients may require.
The test will then be carried out on all employees who will gradually be joining their duties.
The objective is to provide all the chain's workers (18 hotel establishments on the Mediterranean coast with more than 10,000 beds and 2,000 employees in the high season) with an advanced level of protection against COVID-19 in order to guarantee their health and safety so that they can be safely incorporated into the workplace and customer service.
