Hoteles Servigroup confirms its commitment to digitalisation at the “Destaca en Ruta” trade fair held in Oropesa del Mar

After a year's hiatus caused by the pandemic, last weekend a new edition of the Destaca en Ruta fair took place in Oropesa del Mar, Castellón, an itinerant event sponsored by the Generalitat Valenciana and whose main objective is the transfer of technological knowledge applied to the productive sectors of the Valencian Community.

The event brought together different personalities from the university field, politics and business in order to confirm the need to adapt to the productive change demanded by today's society based on innovation, experience and continuous improvement. For Servigroup Hotels these three pillars are the basis from which to advance towards the future and to be able to continue offering the customer a service with the same quality as always, but which is gradually adding new details thanks to technological progress and new trends.

At the beginning of 2021, Servigroup launched our new corporate website equipped with the latest technology in order to enrich the experience of each user. In addition, over the last few months we have also implemented the possibility of online Check-in at hotels in order to speed up this process when guests arrive at hotel receptions and thus offer them an extra level of comfort that until recently was unthinkable in the hotel sector.

But this change has not only reached what is visible. Technological progress also allows us to progressively optimise all the company's internal production processes in order to achieve the best possible results and that all of this translates into an experience that provides the highest quality for our customers.

During the fair, Servigroup Hotels has been present with an information stand where the public has been able to approach and learn more about our company, which throughout its more than 50 years of experience has remained at the forefront of innovation applied to the hotel sector.

In order to share the experience of Servigroup Hotels as a benchmark in the sector with all the attendees, the director of the Servigroup Koral Beach Hotel, located on the beachfront in Oropesa del Mar, Ms. Inmaculada Parra, took part in the colloquium on Reinventing Tourism in the post-pandemic era, which served to conclude the conference.
