The best themed buffets at Servigroup
Under the motto “Buffet Sensations” Servigroup Hotels offers during summer, its best cuisine with seven themed buffets, one for each day of the week. Everything is themed for the occasion, restaurant decoration; staff attire, dedicated menu signs, recipes, drinks and articles from distant corners of the world that come together to surprise and excite Servigroup guests, transporting them to Mexico. Japan, Italy or even to the traditional taste of the Spanish Tapa. Since the beginning of July and until mid-September, 7 different themed buffets are offered in the evening: Mexican, Oriental, Italian, Spanish Tapas, Seafood, Shellfish and Desserts.
According to Alfredo Garfellá, the chain’s Food & Beverage manager, “for the last 25 years, all of the hotel chain’s restaurants have been offering very special buffets (each time better themed)”, as the group maintains a great commitment to its gastronomy, with workshops and on-going training throughout the year, (in order for staff to learn the latest innovative techniques) to cookery workshops, the latest desserts, specific training for gluten free menus etc. always at the cutting edge of today’s most innovative techniques.
The concept of Buffet Sensations derives from the ability to excite and conquer the customer through food, transporting them to a world of sensations, making them feel that the buffet is something unique, different, appealing and personalised, combining excellent presentation with the latest trends.
