As for investments made, these have included the improvements of certain aspects required under the existing legislation. In the Nereo the bar has increased in size and the furniture has been renewed and updated, sliding Windows have been installed in the bar-lounge, a disabled toilet is now available in the reception area, and other minor improvements. As for the Diplomatic, bathrooms in the hotels rooms have been renovated, as well as the bedding and the newly illuminated facade.
