Tripadvisor rewards the excellence of Servigroup Hotels
Servigroup Hotels has received the certificate of excellence from Tripadvisor for fourteen of its hotels, bringing together a total of 53 awards over the past four years.
The award honours establishments that receive exceptional reviews from travellers on Tripadvisor, the world’s largest travel gateway, reflecting the high level of customer satisfaction with an overall score of four or more points out of five, placing them among the top positions of the businesses advertised on the website.
The chains establishments awarded in 2014 are the following Servigroup Hotels:
Hotel Castilla (Benidorm), Hotel Venus (Benidorm), Hotel Orange (Benidorm), Hotel Calypso (Benidorm), Hotel Rialto (Benidorm), Hotel Torre Dorada (Benidorm), Hotel Nereo (Benidorm) and Hotel Pueblo Benidorm as well as the hotels situated outside of Benidorm: Montíboli (Villajoyosa), La Zenia Hotel (Orihuela Coast), Romana (Alcocéber), Galúa (La manga del Mar Menor), Marina Playa and Marina Mar (Mojácar)
These awards join Servigroup Hotels winners list, which harvests numerous prizes and special mentions awarded over the last forty years by the world’s leading tour operators. In addition, the vast majority of its hotels have the Aenor quality certificate ISO 9001:2008 and its international equivalent IQNet Quality System.
