Its “Show cooking” area serves delicious high quality meat and fish, prepared on an open grill, all quickly cooked in front of you.
Fresh high quality meat is meticulously prepared in Servigroup central purchasing department. This food is controlled by both the Health Authorities and the hotel chains quality department. A wide variety of meat is served, e.g: beef, lamb, pork, chicken, etc.

- Menus for celiacs. After having been accepted by FACE (Federation of Associations for Celiacs in Spain), our hotel is pleased to offer an outstanding quantity of food gluten-free for our celiac guests. Please ask our restaurant staff who will be happy to assist you with our Celiac Menu.
