Delfi’s children club, available at five of Servigroup’s Hotels.
And now also La Zenia!

After the presentation of the new mascot to travel agents and wholesalers at a promotional party celebrated on 21st May, Delfi’s children’s club was piloted at two of its hotels in Mojácar, Servigroup Marina Mar and Servigroup Marina Playa, achieving a great acceptance. In July it was introduced in three other hotels: Servigroup Papa Luna (Peñíscola), Servigroup Pueblo Benidorm and Servigroup Torre Dorada (Benidorm), adding up to a total of five hotels, all of them focused on family hotels and that now with this service offer added value.
And now our mascot is also in Hotel Servigroup La Zenia (in Playas de Orihuela).

To become a member of Delfi’s club children only have to inscribe themselves at any of the five Servigroup hotels that have the club. Once children are inscribed, they receive a membership card that allows them to enjoy exclusive advantages such as presents, prize draws, competitions, special discounts, etc. and will be informed of novelties via a newsletter. They will also get to meet the clubs mascot, Dephi, a cute dolphin dressed in sailor’s suit and will be able to enjoy fun and educational activities, hand craft and painting sessions, games, competitions, shows, etc. during their holidays.

And while children enjoy a fun and varied children’s program, their parents can relax in the indoor swimming pools, Jacuzzis and participate in activities such as aquagym, waterpolo, aerobic, salsa amongst other activities offered by the entertainment team of each hotel. Additionally, some of the hotels offer relaxing massages and other body and beauty treatments for adults whilst their children have fun and make new friends at the children’s club.

Starting the club has required a big initial investment and after its great acceptance, top management have confirmed that “it is foreseen that it will be extended to the majority of the properties of the group”.

The Servigroup chain of hotels, specialized in sun and beach holidays, has 14 properties situated across the Mediterranean coast. Founded in 1969, it holds 8.000 beds in the best coastal destinations: Benidorm, Villajoyosa, Mojácar, Peñíscola and Playas de Orihuela, as well as its own purchasing warehouse and reservation’s office based in Benidorm.
