If you want to cancel your reservation on the same day of arrival, please contact the hotel directly or our Reservations Office (+34 902 10 59 10, from the UK 0845 094 2449 or booking@servigroup.es).
Cancellations will not be accepted the day after arrival. If you have not cancelled your reservation and you do not show up at the hotel on the due arrival date, your credit card will be charged a cancellation fee for the cost of the first night of your reservation (up to a maximum of 60€)
