The "Emperador" Restaurant is warm and elegant, providing a unique setting to enjoy its exquisite "author cuisine". Surrounded by mountains and vegetation and facing the Mediterranean, it will awaken your senses ensuring memorable moments. Balance, harmony, design, art and innovation are some of the elements that our prestigious Chef Jean Marc Sanz reflects in every single dish, looking after every detail in order to present the richest and most sublime flavours. When elaborating the dishes, Jean Marc and his team use the highest quality products, some of them from the hotel’s own Orchard, “El Clot”, where all products are naturally grown.
As if they where paintings, every single dish is a combination of textures and blends, creating colourful and intensely flavoured dishes.
We recommend: Red prawns in their juices with crispy wild rice and seaweed & matcha tee bonbon, followed by Pigeon with Venere rice & Valor chocolate alioli and finally a Cream curd with caramelised fartons, tiger nut sorbet with caramelised almonds and a touch of citruces & cinemmon. A menu that will delight even the most demanding pallate.

"El Minarete" Restaurant is situated by the sea shore and surrounded by palm trees; an ideal setting to enjoy its varied and exquisite Mediterranean cuisine during the summer season.
The secret of its dishes are the exceeding quality of its produce and also its continuous research into the heritage of the Mediterranean cuisine. The menu is an accurate reflection of solidity and tradition in every making, loyal to its custom: Offering a wide variety of rice dishes, starters, seafood, meats and desserts, carefully elaborated to satisfy all tastes and palates.
Josep, our chef, will present you the finest dishes made with the freshest Mediterranean products. The local produce is enhanced in every single dish and is combined with the best selection of national and imported wines from its vast wine cellar that will be offered to you by our Maître Ángel.
