ADHESION INFORMATION

HOTELES SERVIGROUP undertakes to provide hotel services in the establishments listed on its website www.servigroup.es to clients sent by the AGENCY in accordance with the prices and conditions given on said website.
                                
The AGENCY has the right to receive a percentage of the total sum of the reservation valued by the Official Website of HOTELES SERVIGROUP as commission.  This commission will be charged by the AGENCY directly to the client at the time the reservation is made; leaving the client with the remaining amount which he shall pay on arrival at the Hotel. The AGENCY shall be informed of the commission to be perceived, as soon as HOTELES SERVIGROUP confirms its registration in the system by email.

The Retail Prices are all encompassing and therefore include taxes. Should the VAT rate undergo any increase with respect to the current rate of 8%, prices will be raised automatically in line with said increase.

The AGENCY is obliged to sell to the client at the Retail Price set by HOTELES SERVIGROUP at the time of reservation, and it is strictly forbidden to apply any kind of discount, including those affecting the AGENCY’s commission.

HOTELES SERVIGROUP will not accept more than three rooms per reservation and the AGENCY is obliged to indicate in the "observations" field the name of one client for each room reserved.

In the event of the AGENCY publishing brochures or publicity mentioning HOTELES SERIVGROUP on the internet, the description of it must coincide with the characteristics and conditions that appear in its brochures, promotional material and on the official website of HOTELES SERVIGROUP (www.servigroup.es). Should this not be the case, HOTELES SERVIGROUP reserves the right to annul the collaboration with the offending AGENCY.

HOTELES SERVIGROUP will not accept changes to client names or dates once the reservation has been made.  Any modification will mean the cancellation of the original reservation and the new reservation will be accepted depending on availability of rooms at HOTELES SERVIGROUP and according to the prices and conditions existing at the time of making the new reservation, with HOTELES SERVIGROUP being under no obligation to respect the conditions prior to the modification.

In the event of clients’ total or partial failure to arrive at the Hotel on the day given in the reservation, HOTELES SERVIGROUP will charge the client's credit card, facilitated by the AGENCY at the time of the reservation, for the amount corresponding to the first night of their stay. In turn, HOTELES SERVIGROUP accepts no responsibility for the sum charged previously to the client by the AGENCY.

HOTELES SERVIGROUP will only offer clients the services contracted in the reservation, and these must coincide with those of the voucher. Any service will be charged entirely and directly to the client at the official price.

Any other extra service used and/or consumed by the client in the hotel establishments of HOTELES SERVIGROUP, other than those included under the agreed prices/rates/voucher, will be charged to and paid by the user in the Hotel, either at the time or when the client checks out at the end of the stay.

Reservations for Bed and Breakfast (BB), Half Board (HB) and Full Board (FB) will be charged in full, even if the client does not use all the services.  For individual reservations of FB, HOTELES SERVIGROUP will invoice every day as such, regardless of the services used on the day of arrival and departure. Barring express indications in the reservations, Full Board (FB) is understood to be arrival with lunch and departure with breakfast. Clients will not be allowed to change their lodging regimes during their stay.

HOTELES SERVIGROUP does not have TRIPLE or CUADRUPLE bedrooms, but double rooms with extra bed(s) or an armchair/bed.

HOTELES SERVIGROUP will not reimburse clients for early departure, barring duly justified causes of force majeure directly affecting the person who made the reservation.

Claims from clients will not be attended unless they are made during their stay at HOTELES SERVIGROUP and under no circumstances shall the AGENCY undertake actions for any type of client claim that has not been made directly to HOTELES SERVIGROUP, during the claimant’s stay and having been confirmed and agreed on by both HOTELES SERVIGROUP and the AGENCY.

The AGENCY can neither cede nor transfer to other AGENCIES nor to third parties in general, the rights and obligations arising from this agreement, without express authorization from HOTELES SERVIGROUP.

Access information (User name and Password) given to the AGENCY is nontransferable and may not be ceded to third parties.

For the purpose of correspondence and notifications related to these terms and conditions, HOTELES SERVIGROUP designates the address of its Central Reservation Offices (SERVIGROUP TRAVEL SL.) at 03503 Benidorm (Alicante), Av. De Europa nº 6, Edf. Torre Benidorm.
