Servigroup Hotels recognizes the customer loyalty of two couples

Servigroup Hotels in the name of the chain has shown their gratitude to two couples as loyal customers in an event that took place last Friday at the Hotel Servigroup Diplomatic. The Director of the establishment, Javier Cabrera, presented them with a commemorative plaque.

For more than three decades, these faithful guests have chosen this hotel for their holidays, with their stays becoming increasingly longer.

The establishment since its inauguration in 1971 under the name of Hotel Don Juan, has undertaken many changes over the years that Manuel and Isabel from Zaragoza, 85 and 81 years old respectively, have witnessed since their first time at the hotel in the 80´s. The reason for returning each year is due to the fact that they “feel at home, part of the family, as well as the service of the hotel, the dancing and the good food".  The other couple Paco and Rosa from Salamanca, 70 and 66 years old respectively, has not missed a single year’s stay in the Diplomatic for the last 34 years.  Now they come several times a year sometimes staying for more than a month. They defend their fidelity because “they have a good time at the hotel and have nice memories” 

Along with these customers and many others, Servigroup Hotels appreciates the loyalty shown each season.
