Servigroup Hotels received in the Hotel Servigroup Venus (Benidorm), the certificates which corroborate the quality and safety in the processed food in their kitchens. SGS, a leading company in food hygiene, was responsible for granting such accreditation.
The event was directed by the Quality Coordinator of the chain, Mª Angeles Beltran and attended by the directors of the establishments, as well as the chefs who received certificates from David Lopez Hernandez, Business Manager of SGS.
This is a recognition of the daily work of the chain and a team of professionals, whose daily effort is focused on delivering a wide range of high-quality food products, both in culinary values as in the health and safety of the food that is consumed by the customers in the buffets.
The company conducts controls in all the processes and products that are part of the production
chain. From the moment they are received in our Central purchasing department until the foods are
prepared in the kitchen and arrive at the table, these have been subjected to quality checks
required by European legislation, which respond to high standards of hygiene and manipulation.
