

The Hotel Servigroup Montíboli also accompanies the shortest night of the year: San Juan, 23rd June, with a programme that unites tradition with the charms of the Mediterranean and music. As well as the rooted tradition of jumping the waves at midnight, the hotel offers a special dinner directed by the prestigious chef Jean Marc Sanz and accompanied by the Villajoyosa Band Ensemble Testore to their sounds of violin, Spanish guitar and drums.
The dinner of San Juan will be served in the Minarete restaurant, at the foot of the Caleta beach of Villajoyosa, offering a special menu for the occasion created by the Montíboli’s head cook with local first quality products. Mixed green salad with smoked tuna, cherries and sour cream, Baked turbot, barbecue sauce with pumpkin and orange purée, Slow roasted leg of baby goat with rosemary and potatoes au confit and Flambé of soufflé with fig ice cream are some delicacies of this year menu.

Those who visit the hotel will be able to enjoy an photo exhibition portraying sunrises and called “Momentos de un amanecer” by Carlos Serrano. The photographic display, being held until the 30th June, reflects a varied selection of Sunrises throughout Alicantes province. The exhibition which remains open to the public until the 30th of June, composes of 35 photographs with minimalistic scenes, trying to bring simplicity and a sense of intimacy to visitors of the exhibition. The images on show have been taken between the towns of El Campello to Torrevieja.
